Construction of two (2) regional medical warehouses in Zambia

Amendment 4: Luanshya partial update of drawings are attached. Therefore the file "Luanshya technical documents" is updated accordingly. The update does not affect the BoQ, nor the Scope of works nor the price schedule. The bidder to refer to Scope of Works document, under a section that specially details Isopanelling for both walls and the roof. The panels cover the entire external perimeter of the building including gable ends and the entire roof. Any other information/documents not affected by the above amendment remain as is.

Amendment 3: - Technical glitch resolved. Bidders are now able to attach the required documents under the section "Requirements - Section 5 - technical evaluation criteria - METHOD STATEMENT". - Template "MAJOR CONTRACTOR EQUIPMENT" has been updated to highlight the mandatory fields SPECIFICATIONS, MODEL and BRAND of each required equipment. - Amendment of the technical criteria for “electrical equipment”. Updated requirements as follows: For each lot selected, it is MANDATORY that Bidders provide the full list with highlight of the specifications, models and brands of each of the required electrical equipment as per section 5: "schedule of requirements" for the successful completion of the work. Please submit the full list as per template provided. Failure to comply with this requirement leads to rejection of the bid. Amendment 2: Additional information was provided regarding the lifting capacity of the Dockleveler in the BOQ under section 19 "Door Frames" between sub-item no.22 and 23. This sub-item should now be read as follows: 610 SX scissors lift - 1500 kg lifting capacity. Therefore, the below documents and files were updated accordingly, to highlight the above additional information: - The document "FORM H - LOT 2 Kabompo PRICE SCHEDULE" has been updated. Amended version including 610 SX scissors lift - 1500 kg lifting capacity" is attached. - The document "ZAMBIA Invitation to Bid Quantum" was amended. At page 63, “updated 26022024 Form H - LOT 2 Kabompo PRICE SCHEDULE” was incorporated. -The document "SCOPE OF WORKS - Luanshya Building Works" was updated. The annex “bill of quantity” in it was removed. Bidders to directly refer to the document “updated 26022024 Form H - LOT 1 Luanshya PRICE SCHEDULE” to access the complete BoQ for Luanshya. - The document "SCOPE OF WORKS - Kabompo Building Works" was updated. The annex “bill of quantity” in it was removed.
