TIMELINE

 

  1. No later than [18 February 2024], you shall complete and the following Annexes and send to emacoegytender@who.int as per the RFP (Section 4.2):

 

  1. The RFP RFP WRO-EGYPT PS 01/2024/01 Acknowledgement form, attached hereto as Annex 1, signed as confirmation of the bidder's intention to submit a bona fide proposal and designate its representative to whom communications may be directed, including any addenda; and
  2. The RFP RFP WRO-EGYPT PS 01/2024/01 Confidentiality Undertaking form, attached hereto as Annex 2, signed;
  3. The Self-Declaration form, attached hereto as Annex 6, signed.

  1. A prospective bidder requiring any clarification on technical, contractual or commercial matters may submit its questions via e-mail to emacoegytender@who.int  as specified in the RFP (Section 4.6) (use subject: [RFP WRO-EGYPT PS 01/2024/01]) no later than [11 February 2024], and mandatorily using the format in Annex 7

A consolidated document of WHO’s response to all questions (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of enquiry) will be sent to all prospective bidders who have expressed their interest of the RFP.

 

  1. Proposals must be sent, in two distinct parts: Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal via e-mail to emacoegytender@who.int  as specified in the RFP (Section 4.7) no later than [18 February 2024] at [23:30] hours, [Cairo] time.

Each proposal shall be marked Ref:  RFP WRO-EGYPT PS 01/2024/01

 

  1. At the discretion of WHO, selected bidders may be invited to supply additional information on the contents of their proposal during the evaluation period. Such bidders will be asked to give a presentation of their proposal (possibly with an emphasis on a topic of WHO’s choice) followed by a question and answer session. If required, the presentation will be held by videoconference / Internet.

 

  1. Evaluation of proposals and selection of a vendor will be performed in accordance with the  RFP [RFP WRO-EGYPT PS 01/2024/01].
