Request for quotation for the provision of Office Cleaning Services for UNOPS Office in Vienna, Austria

The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidder to submit a quotation for the Supplying Cleaning Services in UNOPS office in Vienna, Austria  in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
Criteria of evaluation: The evaluation and selection will be done as per the requirements in the RFQ/2023/49943.
 
Based on the results of this exercise, UNOPS intends to  sign UNOPS a Contract for small services with a successful bidder  for the supply of cleaning services.
Remark: Women-owned companies are encouraged to submit quotation

It is highly suggested that Bidders visit the office and thoroughly familiarize themselves with the premises/offices and the nature of the services needed. This visit will be organized on Monday 18 January 2024 (time will be confirmed individually to each interested bidder).  Bidders interested to participate in the site visit shall send request through Clarifications request in eSourcing indicating names of the persons to participate in the site visit, preferrable time on 18 January 2024 and contact details (phone number and email). Interest in site visit shall be expressed by 17:00 CET on 16 January  2024.  UNOPS can consider requests sent later, but has no obligation to conduct a site visit for requests sent later than a set deadline.
