New clarification added: Question:Can you clarify the percentage of completion required for each payment? In other words, do I have to complete all the work to get the total payment, or can I, for example, complete a quarter of the work and get a quarter of the money, then complete the second quarter and get the money, and so on??UNOPS reply:Please refer to Schedule 3: Requirements of the Employer - Schedule 3.4 Valuation and Payment: The Method of valuation is Measure & pay. The Contractor must submit an invoice to the Employer’s Representative for the relevant amount payable on completion (of part of the work) to be eligible for payment of parts of the work completed.

New clarification added: Question:1. Please inquire about the possibility of transferring payment through different methods for each site. For example, payment for the first site is in US dollars and payment for the second site is in Iraqi dinars.2. Is it possible to use two separate accounts for one company, knowing that both accounts are in the name of the company?3. It is required that the companies supporting the registered company submitting the offer must also be registered with the organizationUNOPS reply:1. payment shall be made in Iraqi dinars.2. The related procedures will be communiated with the awarded bidder, on a case by case basis3. Please refer to Instruction to Bidders - Article 4 BIDDER ELIGIBILITY detailing the case of a Joint Venture, consortium or association, in addition to conflict of interest.

New clarification added: Question:The catalogs and data sheet requires for submission is an open request, could you please specify the items that need for submission of catalog and data sheet.UNOPS reply:Please refer to the solicitation documents: it is for the mechanical and electrical fixtures as mentioned in the BOQ,

New clarification added: Question:Regarding the 2.QUALIFICATION CRITERIA in the financial capacity you mentioned that 1- "The bidder has an annual turnover of a minimum of One billion Iraqi Dinars [1,000,000,000 IQD] for each lot in any of the last five (5) years so the amount mentioned should be in one-year turnover or can it be accumulative?UNOPS reply:The amount mentioned should be for each lot in any of the last five (5) yearsQuestion:2- Regarding the criteria: The bidder has sufficient liquidity, demonstrated by access to cash liquidity or a line of credit bank overdraft or other financial means to meet a working capital/cash flow requirement of a minimum of 50% of your submitted financial offer in Iraqi Dinars (IQD): as we have multiple/different bank/financial institution accounts can we extract the bank statement from multiple accounts and accumulate all of them in order to show the 50% of the liquidity?UNOPS reply:If multiple accounts are available, bidders can submit statements from different banks/financial institutions to demonstrate compliance with the requirementQuestion:3- the site visit is mandatory if yes please share with us the details.UNOPS reply:Site visit/inspection is Not applicable
