This means the amount that will be paid to the retainers.Q2.Can we participate in this tender when we are WOB that does not specialize in the field of training, by establishing a joint venture with a company specialized in training and having the required experience in the tender?Ans2. This tender is not reserved for WoB. It is free competition and any bidders who can meet the eligibility criteria can submit the bids.Regards.
