Expression of Interest for Pre-employment Assessment Platform

The WFP Regional Talent Acquisition Unit seeks to purchase a platform to initiate candidate assessments. Bidders are expected to offer a very specific range of candidate assessments including language tests, logic tests, and personality tests in one platform combined.

The regional context in which WFP operates is rapidly changing which means that the need for equipping our hiring units with the relevant recruitment tools will enable WFP to meet its mission by ensuring the right assessment methods are used for recruitment assessments. The Human Resources team in the WFP Regional Office in Cairo supports region-wide talent acquisition activities at the regional bureau and country offices in our region.
