Provision of Internet Services to UNIFIL HQ Naqoura South Lebanon

1.The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) has a requirement for the Provision of Internet Services to UNIFIL. 2. The contract is intended for an initial period of one (1) year with the possibility of four additional (4) one-year extensions (1+1+1+1), subject to satisfactory performance of the Contractor, availability of UNIFIL funds and extension of its mandate. 3. UNIFIL will undertake a competitive solicitation exercise and the information provided by interested vendors will be assessed, and vendors will be considered for inclusion on the List of Invitees. Specific Requirements/Information (if any): 1. UNFIL requires a 300Mbps symmetrical International Internet Service to UNIFIL HQ, Naqoura, Lebanon Lat: 33.6.36, Long: 35.7.29 over microwave link and/or over fiber optic cable. 2. Dedicated 300Mbps, terrestrial, direct, point to point layer 1 link microwave link or fiber connection to the Premises (FTTP) is to be used. Connectivity must not be MPLS, Satellite or of a shared-bandwidth type or similar. The service provider must provide the type of transmission path (microwave link or fiber link). The bandwidth must be symmetrical. 3. The ISP must make available at least 32 reals public IPv4 addresses to UNIFIL. The ISP shall provide these as UK or US range public IP addresses.A. The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) intends to establish A “Long Term Agreement for a period of three years (1+1+1) for the provision of Working Uniforms and Safety Items to UNIFIL/ HQ/ Naqoura, Lebanon.”.
