National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and Local Government Authority (LGA) jointly with UNDP is working on a SDG Funded Joint Program (JP) ‘Strengthening National and Subnational Capacity for Sustainable Disaster Risk Reduction, Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation in Maldives’. In order to mainstream sustainable DRR&CCA in local planning process, it is important for the local councils & WDCs to meaningfully understand the concept of DRR & CCA. Hence, UNDP is seeking the service of a local firm to develop animated storyboards for the e-learning Course module ‘Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) / Disaster Reduction (DRR) planning for local councils and WDCs’ to Kiyeveni Learning Portal. Based on the course content provided by UNDP, NDMA, and LGA, consultant is required to create animated storyboard for the online course, include interactive features for exercises/tasks that would be completed by the user, feedback form and certificate generation.
