The Nature of this RFI This Request for Information (RFI) is not a solicitation for proposals, quotations, nor does it create obligations on the part of UNHCR to acquire any products or services. UNHCR is unable to award a contract on the basis of a response to this request for information. This RFI will be used to gain knowledge of potentially relevant products and to explore industry capabilities. The RFI might potentially inform requirements for solicitation. . While devices already in production and ‘field tested’ will be preferred, information on fully functional, newer, better options may also be of interest.
