Step 1: Commercial Proposals should be sent by e-mail to: supplybid@unicef.org
No other UNICEF e-mail address should be copied. Copying any other email address or sending to any other email address will invalidate the offer.
Commercial Proposal must include ALL the documents listed below:
- The completed/signed Bid and Declaration Form (pages 3-5 of RFP-DAN-2023-503616) in .pdf format.
- The completed Annex C, Commercial Proposal Form in .xls format and signed .pdf format.
- The completed Annex D, Information about sustainability in .docx and signed .pdf format.
NOTE 1: All .pdf forms must be signed by a duly authorized representative of the organization/company.
NOTE 2: In case of discrepancy between .pdf and .xls version of Annex C and Annex D, the .pdf version will prevail.
Step 2: Once a commercial offer is submitted, request the creation of a folder in the SharePoint library for submission of the Technical Proposal by sending an email to Rennie Shonhiwa at rshonhiwa@unicef.org with the following information:
* Full name and address of proposer
* INN description of the products offered
* Contact person(s) in the company to access the SharePoint folder
* Manufacturing site information for each product offered (include street address, city & country)
Technical proposals should be submitted as explained in Annex 2.
No price information should be contained in the technical proposal. Including price information in the technical offer will invalidate the offer. Do not upload commercial offers or commercial documents in the sharepoint folders.
The technical proposal should meet the criteria and requirements outlined in this RFP document, paying particular attention to the specifications (including the pack sizes) listed in Annex B: Tender Product List. It is important that the technical proposal and the commercial proposal match in terms of product specifications (Annex 1a).
