Supplying office and residence furniture with delivery and installation to UNICEF office in Hodeida

Note that failure to submit compliant offer will result in invalidation of your offer. 2. The completed and signed Bid Form in Annex B must be submitted. The Bid Form must be signed by a duly authorized representative of the Organization/Company. 3. You must provide Photos/catalogs of products for technical evaluation. 4. Warranty (if applicable) is requested so please indicate it with time in your offer 5. Annex C for the required information must be completed, signed, and returned to UNICEF with the soft excel sheet. 6. Valid trade license under furniture category and tax ID/clearance must be provided with submitting documents. 7. Showroom of furniture and specialization in such field is required. 8. This tender is applicable for suppliers registered in Yemen only. 9. Partial offers is accepted.
