Dear Valued Bidders (Malaysian Registered Company Only),

United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Malaysia Country Office wishes to invite to participate in a Request for Quotation: LRFQ-2023-9185861 ICT Equipment Purchase for laptops, desktop PC, server renewal & computer accessories through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite you to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in LRFQ and the terms and conditions contained herein.

Acknowledgement of receipt of RFQ Invitation

Bidders are requested to inform UNICEF as soon as possible by replying to this email that you have received this RFQ Invitation.

Request for Clarification

Please study the RFQ documents and if you have any question, please register all your enquiries to the “Annex F - Enquiries & Clarification Form ", and email to mmohd@unicef.org and mmeorsha@unicef.org latest by 8th October 2023, 15:00 hrs (Malaysia Time).

Deadline of Proposal Submission

Proposal/quotation must be submitted and received by e-mail ONLY to: mmohd@unicef.org and mmeorsha@unicef.org not later than, 15th October 2023 before 17:00 PM (Malaysia Time), otherwise submission will be considered invalid.

Important note;

1. To read, understand and comply to Terms & Conditions outlined in the RFQ document - LRFQ-2023-9185861 (Including Annex A – UNICEF General Terms and Conditions), by signing the Form at page 6.[MM1] 
2. Bidders are required to complete & submit the MDM Form (see Annex D).
3. Alert on all the important dates;

• Acknowledgement of receipt of RFQ Invitation – as soon as possible
• Enquiries submission: 8th October 2023, 15:00 hrs (Malaysia Time)
• RFQ deadline: 15th October 2023 before 17:00 PM (Malaysia Time)
