UNDP hereby invites prospective bidders to submit a bid for Upgrading of Infrastructure of Central Training Institute (CTI) in Jericho, in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). 

Construction of Main and pedestrian entrances, secondary entrance, grey water tank, electrical rooms, water tank at the Central Training Institute in Jericho.


The project intends to respond to the need to complete phase II of the Palestinian Central Training Institute (CTI) construction projects, which will support and improve the organizational capacity of the CTI to provide training to the Palestinian Security Forces (PASF) in the West Bank. The project will improve the capacity of the CTI, accordingly, reducing the Palestinian Authority (PA) training costs through localizing the service, and reducing the dependency on sending Palestinian Security Forces (PASF) outside the country for training.
