Provision of Accomodation Services in Mombasa, Kenya

The United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS) seeks interest from competent and qualified hotels for the provision of accomodation services in Mombasa, Kenya. Qualified hotels shall be in Nyali, Shanzu and Bamburi areas. The minimum hotel requirement included: a) Capatity to provide accomodation on Half Board basis. b) Capacity to accomodate 10 -50 guests in single standard room. d) Hotel classification/rating 3 star and above. UNSOS plans to enter into a Three (3) year contract with the option of two one-year (1) extension periods with an estimate commencement date of 1 February 2024. The detailed scope of requirements will be provided at the solicitation stage which is planned to be issued in October 2023.
