Mandatory Requirement

The site visit is mandatory. All interested bidders are requested to conduct the site visit.

Bidders not attending the site visit will NOT be considered for further evaluation and bids will be rejected.

An organized site visit is arranged as per below details:

Time: 10: 00 AM - 3:00PM, Monrovia Time.

Date: Friday, 29 September,2023

Venue: Eco Base Guest House, Sembehum, Grand Cape Mount County, Liberia.

 Note: the site visit is aimed to provide the Bidders the opportunity to have a better understanding of the requirement/Scope of Work before sending the formal quotation to UNDP. Bidders can raise any technical question during the site visit.
