Please find attached LRFP-2023-9185203 “National consultancy to support the development of the National Action Plan on the Rights of the Child, including analysis, consultations and recommendations on the implementation of the European Child Guarantee in North Macedonia” and Terms of Reference (ToR) with detailed specification for the services requested by UNICEF Skopje Office. Please fill in the attached LRFP-2023-9185203 form and send it together with your financial proposal, technical proposal and accompanying documents as indicated in the ToR no later than 26 Sep 2023, 09:00 hrs. Your applications should be sent in the following manner:

  1. Financial Proposal: detailed financial proposal should be structured by outputs listed in Major Deliverables. Associated costs per deliverable should be itemised per:
  • Fees for experts; team members and researchers presented by unit cost and number of units.
  • Other costs associated to completion of the assignment based on the technical proposal.
  • The financial proposal should include all expenses as applicable to the assignment, including travel, accommodation, per diems, and other logistical costs. The financial proposal should be quoted in Macedonian denars, without VAT
  • Technical proposal to be sent ONLY to the following e-mail address: skopje@unicef.org no later than September 26, 2023, 09:00 hrs.
  • Financial proposal and completed LRFP form to be sent ONLY to the following e-mail address: amicevska@unicef.org no later than September 26, 2023, 09:00 hrs.
