Description
UNICEF has set ambitious growth goals for the strategic plan period 2022-2025, including the implementation of a Supporter Engagement Strategy to bring 100M total supporters to UNICEF's cause, including donors, advocates, and followers.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal for Services (RFPS) is to seek proposals from qualified vendors and to establish (a) Long-Term Arrangement(s) with a new AB testing & personalization tool.
The LTA shall be valid for a period of up to 3 years starting mid November 2023, with potential extension of another 4 years with 2 years period for each duration at the discretion of UNICEF and subject to satisfactory performance and UNICEF's needs.
The goal is to engage with (a) vendor(s) that can support UNICEF offices around the world providing the necessary technology to conduct digital AB testing and personalization experiences.
To accomplish these objectives, UNICEF must rely on a robust digital fundraising team with diverse sets of capabilities and expertise in multiple technical areas to assist in taking their optimization strategy to the next level. Conversation rate optimization strategy is key to optimize all digital activity and increase the number of donors and the revenue. AB testing and personalization can contribute significantly to improving the acquisition of new donors and the ROI.
