Provision of Unlimited Stock photography & High-Quality images

The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON), on behalf of United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) invites qualified interested firms to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming solicitation for the Provisions of Unlimited photo library Services for UN Environment Programme (UNEP). UNEP seeks a vendor to provide Unlimited Photo Library Services. Some of the expected Deliverables include: The photo library should be able to provide: • A large selection of high-quality images, photographs, graphics, icons, video clips etc. (vector format and other formats), illustrations to be used in UNEP publications and outreach materials. • Advanced search facility (by topic, image, colour etc.) • Accurate image information and on the creator/photographer/reporter, region, species etc. • Permission to mix vectors created by different contributors to the library. • Global coverage and usage rights • Access to global, regional and national images, specifically images from the Global South with a focus on environmental issues and with gender balance • Access to both editorial and creative images The contract resulting from the consecutive solicitation exercise which will be launched following closure of this REOI, is anticipated to be awarded for 5 years (initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for additional 2 years).
