The United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) intends to carry out a bidding exercise for the provision of COMMS test equipment as follows: 1."E1 and data tester: Qualify, provision, and troubleshoot copper pairs – includes DVOM, Opens, TDR, wideband TIMS, spectral noise, and resistive fault locator (RFL). 2. Directional coupler for broadband swept, Agilent 773D or equivalent. 3. SOC 140 Battery Analyser or equivalent. 4.Portable Battery Tester Valuetronics Model 601 or equivalent. 5. Spectrum Analyzer Equivalent to Agilent E4408B. 6. Comtech SSPA 25 W compatible with Comtech KU-band Tranceiver KST 20 All Technical specifications will be provided during the bidding exercise.
