Description
The United Nations Office of Human Resources, Department of Management, Strategy and Policy seeks Request for Information (RFI) from qualified vendors to design and deliver organization development interventions, including tailored team effectiveness interventions and executive/leadership coaching for global leaders and multicultural/international teams, with the majority of the work being conducted in New York and other global locations projected bi-monthly. At least five facilitators/coaches shall be based within commuting (driving) distance of New York; two shall be based in Europe; two shall be based in Africa; and one shall be based in Asia-Pacific. The programmes will be facilitated face-to-face and/or virtually, with most of the sessions in English, and in French or Spanish, as required. In addition, UN-OHR may require the design and delivery/sharing of related learning materials/interventions to sustain the learning and interventions. This just-in-time support would require vendor(s) to provide the necessary knowledge, skills and experience in: 1) team effectiveness design and facilitation in the areas of interpersonal dynamics among team members and between team leaders and members; strategic issues of vision, change and innovation; and process disruptions to be resolved within teams and between teams; and 2) senior leadership coaching services to support senior leaders and senior managers in their transition to new management and leadership roles; initiating complex new projects and teams; address situations of underperformance; interpersonal and team conflict; leading strategic change that realigns teams and work streams with new mandates; and to acquire or build a repertoire of new behaviours and skills. The vendor must be able to address the unique needs and challenges of senior leaders and senior managers. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It should not be considered an official procurement procedure in any shape or form and will not in any way bind the United Nations. This RFI does not commit the United Nations to pay any cost incurred in the preparation or submission of any response to the RFI.
