ITC seeks to contract a supplier, for 12 months, to manage and implement the promotion and communication of the project. The selected vendor will be in charge of the campaign management including outreach both within Kampala and regionally, media buying, communication strategy and planning utilising different types of communication channels to reach youth between the age of 18 to 35. The selected vendor will coordinate media/communication partnerships (from agreements to implementation) and liaise with the local ecosystem to deliver effective visibility and reach for the project and local project implementation.
