The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) invites offerors (Service Providers) to submit a proposal to design a simple Study Interface Application for tablets, in accordance with the present/attached solicitation document.

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal shall reach the specified email address (as per Article 16. Marking of Proposals of the ANNEX I) by no later than 29 August 2023  before (18:00 hour Baghdad local time) without copying any other e-mail addresses. Offers addressed at any other e-mail accounts will be disqualified.

This letter is not to be construed in any way as an offer to contract with your firm/institution. Your proposal could, however, form the basis for a contract between your company and UNESCO.
