PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SERVICES

FOR THE UNITED NATIONS SYSTEM IN SOUTH SUDAN

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on behalf of all UN Agencies in South Sudan is calling for applications for pre-qualification from qualified Travel Agents to carry out Travel Services Management for the UN Organisations in South Sudan. The comprehensive travel services will comprise a full range of air travel services, ticketing and other services such as, but not limited to airport pick-ups, hotel booking, car rentals, etc. The pre-qualification will be followed by an RFP which will result in a Long Term Agreement with the successful bidders for an initial period of one year, renewable up to a maximum of three years. The expected annual volume is $5,000,000 and as a result only Travel Management companies who have proven capacity to handle such requirements including a minimum annual turnover of $1,000,000 will be pre-qualified.

All travel agents that wish to participate in the process are required to complete the application forms below. The information provided will be used to access your company suitability to qualify to receive the Request for Proposal to participate in the future procurement process for the services mentioned above. Interested applicants must provide the required documents in the Prequalification documents.
