UNDP-RFQ-2023-210, Event Management Company to Provide Catering and Venu Service

UNDP is supporting Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) in organizing different trainings of ECP Officials. UNDP Strengthening Electoral and Legislative Processes (SELP) Project is contributing to the training programme by providing technical and operations support.  These trainings are planned at National, Provincial, Regional/Divisional and Districts level all over in Pakistan. (Detailed Scope of Work is attached)

The Project requires the services of a reputable event management company to provide catering services during these trainings. Estimated number of these trainings are 178. These trainings are tentatively planned from August till December 2023 and may be conducted in parallel. Most of these trainings will be held in Government buildings such as Schools, Colleges, Universities etc. however project is expecting 32 locations (District cities) where venue arrangements are also required. Details of these trainings are as below.
