Important note:
1. Site inspection will be held as follows:
On Wednesday 31 May 2023 between 10.00am-12.00pm at Dhusamareeb Command Centre.
Bidders are encouraged to notify and provide details of the bidder’s representatives to Email: (securebidsomalia@unops.org ) no later than 3:00 pm on Tuesday (30th May 2023) so that any necessary Security Clearances are arranged where applicable.
Participation in the Site inspection is not mandatory but participation is strongly encouraged to avoid the risk of non-compliant quotations.
2. A Pre-bid Meeting will be held as follows:Date: Thursday, June 1, 2023
Time: 14:00 PM - 15:00 PM (East Africa Tim )
Location: Video call link: https://meet.google.com/sws-cgce-ckh?authuser=0
Participation in the clarification meeting is not mandatory but participation is strongly encouraged to avoid the risk of non-compliant quotations.
