Fire Suppression System with remote monitoring capabilities for UNAMI offices in Kuwait and Iraq.

1.0 The United Nations Assistance Mission in Iraq (UNAMI) requires Supply, installation, and maintenance for Fire Supperssion System with remote monitoring capabilities for UNAMI offices at Baghdad and Erbil - Iraq and Kheitan-Kuwait, for a period of one (1) year contract, with the option of extension 2 years, subject to extension of UNAMI mandate, availability of funds and satisfactory performance by the prospective contractor (s). 2.0 The requirement includes the following items but not limited to: 2.1 Provide all equipment for the respective data centers sufficient to extinguish any fires without damaging the equipment. 2.2 Alert must be made by a clearly identified audible bell or siren locally. 2.3 Equipment installed must be physically inspected twice (2) a year and tested for Intet gas pressure, overall installation (cables etc.), and Alert system test. 2.4 Shall be Health and Enviromental friendly. 2.5 In compliance with International Laws. Complete specifications will be supplied together with the formal solicitation documents. 3.0 Please note on the following: a) This EOI is not an invitation for submission of a bid. b) UNAMI reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for tender document. c) UNAMI reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the above deadline.
