Description of the Assignment:  Within the context of the project “Enhancing Montenegro’s capacity to integrate climate change risks into planning” implemented by UNDP Montenegro and financed by the Green Climate Fund, four adaptation-focused Concept Notes that respond to the identified and prioritized climate risks, that would respond to the identified adaptation options of each sector (tourism, health, water, and agriculture), will be created.

With this call the UNDP is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a lead consultant to create a concept note for the health sector. 

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 15 June 2023 - 20 December 2023

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
