New clarification added: Question:Under the Qualification Criteriamust be the minimum annual income of [one million USD] per single year for the past [five (5)] years, we have only a few years above or near one million, would we be disqualified if we fail to file for all years?UNOPS Answer:Please adhere to the required criterion:The bidder has an annual turnover of minimum [ one ( 1 ) million USD] in any one of the last [five (5)] years from the date of submission (2018-2022). Question:Under the Qualification CriteriaThe bidder has been in continuous business for the last [five (5)] years. What intention for the "Certification of incorporation of the bidder"? Wouldn't it be enough to show the list of projects completed during these five years? which confirms continued activity?UNOPS Answer:The above documents are accepted and the bidder must also provide a valid registration certificate from an authorized governmental entity which is requested under the Checklist Tab.
