Establishing a Collaboration and Document Management Platform

UNON seeks qualified firms to establish a Collaboration and Document Management Platform for the United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON). The Software Service Provider is to provide a quote to satisfy the requirements in establishing a stable platform using Microsoft SharePoint and construct necessary software templates, tools, utilities and train the developers such that it enables UNON/ICTS to migrate all the existing eRooms to the new Microsoft SharePoint based platform by 31st December 2012. The Software Service Provider will provide necessary Consultant(s) who will be under the general guidance and direct supervision of UNON/ICTS. The Software Service Provider will train the developers in Microsfot SharePoint Platform including SharePoint administration, designer tools and .Net based programming using C# and other required languages that support successful operation of the new SharePoint based platform. UNON will issue a contract valid for one year for the delivery of the items listed. Delivery schedule will be in batches to be determined by UNON upon award of contract.
