UNICEF Mongolia Country Office is seeking qualified institution/suppliers to procure innovative, green, and safe healthcare waste treatment equipment for health Facilities in Mongolia. A contract award will be made to the Bidder who submitted the most responsive proposal (highest ranking as a combination of Technical and Financial score).

Attending the meeting is not a qualification criteria or a mandatory factor of the bidding document, the purpose of the PRE-BID Meeting is to clarify and respond to the queries of the bidders, and the minutes of this meeting will be posted on UNGM.

Bid Submission
Offers MUST be received by 11:00 AM at the latest (GMT +8, Ulaanbaatar) on Friday, 07 April 2023. Should you have any questions about this solicitation, please submit your queries to the emails below no later than 3rd April 2023 so that all queries can be clarified and circulated to all bidders before the deadline.

Proposals must be received (as verified by the time stamp on the email message) by UNICEF Mongolia NO LATER THAN the CLOSING TIME AND DATE.

Proposals received other than as outlined herein will be INVALIDATED. If you are required to submit more than one email for each proposal, please add numbering. (1/2, 2/2 etc.)
