Answer FiveDear Sir, Dear Madam We accept international bidding as long as the companies are registered and have a license to work in Iraq as per the qualification criteria set in this RFQ.

New clarification added: Question Two: For the billboard support panels that are joined at the top, would you like to welde the support to the top corners of the billboard, or you want them joined by a different method?Answer two:The support panels must be joined by a different methodQuestion Three: The billboards' main stands are 150cm long, does that include the foundation/footing or not? Furthermore, is the the footing placed on the ground or in the ground?Answer three: The total length of the main stands is 180 cm, from this 30 cm is the footing placed in the groundQuestion FourPlease attach a sample of EORE guidebook mentioned in the RFQAnswer Four: The EORE stands for ( Explosive ordnance risk education) and does not have any impact on the guidebook type. the requested guidebook is a normal guidebook with 50 pages.
