Description
The United Nations (UN) Department of Operational Support Triangular Partnership Programme (TPP) plans to conduct training courses on Heavy Engineering Equipment (HEE) operation at the Indonesia Armed Forces Peacekeeping Center, Sentul, West Bogor, Indonesia, to enhance the enabling capabilities of Troop Contributing Countries.
For such training courses, TPP needs to rent a series of heavy engineering equipment and vehicles, including motor graders, hydraulic excavators, wheelloaders, crawler bulldozers, self-propelled vibratory rollers, mobile cranes, dump trucks and truck tractors with semi-trailer lowbed.
The equipment to be rented will be operated by UN coordinated military training teams as well as trainees under supervision.
The rental will be on an “On call” or “As needed” basis, for periods ranging tentatively from two weeks to two months, throughout the years 2023 and 2024.
Preliminary technical specifications of the required equipment and vehicles are listed below:
(1) Motor Grader (2 units)
1.1. General: Multipurpose motor grader for general use in road construction with enclosed cabin and overhead protection Roll Over Protective Structure (ROPS) or Falling Object Protective Structure (FOPS)
1.2. Operating Weight: (without ripper) 13000kg - 18500kg
1.3. Miscellaneous: Blade Height: 580 -660mm, Blade width: 3.5 - 3.9m
1.4. Engine Power: 85-165 kW
(2) Hydraulic Excavator (2 units)
2.1. General: General purpose tracked hydraulic excavator for use in construction and engineering projects, enclosed cabin with overhead protection ROPS or FOPS
2.2. Operating Weight: 18000kg - 24500kg
2.3. Miscellaneous: Bucket size 0.8 - 2.0 cubic meters.
2.4. Engine Power: 85-125 kW
(3) Wheel Loader (2 units)
3.1. General: Multipurpose all-wheel drive loader for general use in construction and engineering projects, enclosed cabin with overhead protection ROPS or FOPS.
3.2. Operating Weight: 17500kg - 22500kg
3.3. Miscellaneous: Bucket Capacity - heaped - 2.0 - 3.6 cubic meters.
3.4. Engine Power:150-200 kW
(4) Crawler Bulldozer (2 units)
4.1. General: General purpose medium size, tracked/crawler bulldozer for general use in construction and engineering projects, enclosed cabin with overhead protection ROPS or FOPS.
4.2. Operating Weight: 18000kg - 23000kg
4.3. Miscellaneous: Blade capacity 4.5 - 6.2 cubic meter
4.4. Engine Power: 125-160 kW
(5) Self-Propelled Vibratory Roller (2 units)
5.1. General: General purpose vibratory soil compactor for general use in construction and engineering projects, single drum with rubber tyres at rear, cabin with overhead protection ROPS or FOPS.
5.2. Operating Weight:10000kg - 15000kg
5.3. Miscellaneous:Single drum width 2.0 - 3.2 meters.
5.4. Engine Power:80-150 kW
(6) Mobile Crane (1 unit)
6.1. General: Wheeled rough terrain mobile crane fitted with outriggers and telescopic boom for general transport and hoisting/lighting of equipment and materials. Enclosed cabin with overhead protection ROPS or FOPS.
6.2. Miscellaneous: Maximum load capacity 25-50 tonnes. Telescopic Boom 10 - 30 m.
6.3. Engine Power: 165-190 kW
(7) Dump Truck (2 units)
7.1. General:Standard non-articulated dump truck intended for service in the harshest of environments, capable of carrying loads of soil, sand, etc
7.2. Miscellaneous: Bucket volume 10-12 cubic meters.
7.3. Engine Power: 175-350kW
(8) Truck Tractor with semi-trailer Lowbed (Require 1 Quantity)
8.1. General: General Purpose truck tractor designed primarily for drawing semi-trailers and trailers ( to be provided together with the semi-trailer lowbed).
8.2. Miscellaneous: Payload capacity of 20,000-40,000 kg, Overall Length - 11m - 13.8 m, excluding ramps. 8.3. Rear Ramps: Hydraulically or manually operated ramps.
8.4. Engine Power: 185-350 kW
REMARK:
1. Diesel Engine: Normal aspiration or turbo charged, water cooled and direct injection type in compliance with the Indonesian national environmental emission regulations/standards.
2. All HEE and vehicles must comply with Indonesia transport regulations and not be older than 10 years from date of manufacture.
