INVITATION FOR BIDS

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of Strengthening the Response for U.S. Bound Afghan Evacuees in Kosovo through Provision of Protection and MHPSS Project, the IOM Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (“BEAC”) now invites interested Bidders to submit “Bid” for the supply of Nonfood items (hygiene and clothes).

Bids shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after submission of Bids and must be accompanied by a Bid Security as indicated in ITB in the form of bank/insurance guarantee and shall be delivered to the BEAC at 177 Lidhja e Pejes, Prishtine on or before Thursday 16th of March 2023 at 15:00 hrs (+ 1CET) local time. Late bids shall be rejected.

Bids will be opened via a video online (Microsoft Teams) session from Lidhja e Pejës 177, 10000 Prishtinë, Kosovo on Thursday 16th of March 2023 at 15:30 hrs (+ 1CET) local time in the online video conference of the Contractors who wish to attend.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
