UNICEF Lebanon would like to invite you for a new tender # LRPS-2023-9180980 for the establishment of Long-Term Arrangements for Capacity Building for the period of two years with a possibility of extension for one additional year, as per attached TOR and Pricing Annex (please request the excel form by sending an email to bantoun@unicef.org).”

Proposals must be sent to the following secured email ONLY (lebtender@unicef.org) no later than Friday 03 March 2023, 12:00h.

Proposals must be sent in two separate emails; one technical and one financial.

- Email for technical proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2023-9180980) - name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal only without prices.

- Email for price proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2023-9180980) - name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal.

Proposals sent in another manner will be considered invalid.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please note that any inquiries related to this request will be acceptable through e-mail ONLY (bantoun@unicef.org & sselwan@unicef.org) by 17 February 2023 the latest. Inquiries through phone call will not be considered.
