Description
The United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS) aims to engage the services of a suitably qualified vendor(s) to set up a Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) agreement for provisionning of spare parts and miscellanies items for a multiple of equipment makes and models under the UNSOS fleet on an "As and When Required" basis. UNSOS seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent and qualified vendors with experience in the field and fully licensed with the government in their respective countries to provide spare parts and miscellanies items for its fleet of vehicles and equipment. The provision of the intended services shall include the followings: 1. UNSOS presently operates a fleet of size 1236 vehicles and equipment of various makes and models. The fleet comprises among other markes Toyota, Nissan, Ford, GMC, Iveco, Renault, Caterpillar, Dalian, Doosan, Manitou, Liftking, Kalmar, Terex, Mercedes, Yamaha, Yaohua, Mercury, Sisu Apc, Mamba Apc, XCMG, Weihai Guangtai, etc. 2. UNSOS require provision of various spare parts and accessories for its fleet of vehicle and equipment. The successful contractor will be required to provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) spare parts especially for the light passenger vehicles and the trucks on an "as when and required" basis. 3. The contractor shall respond to UNSOS spare parts requests in a proper, diligent, expeditious and professional manner to the satisfaction of UNSOS 4. UNSOS plan to enter into one-year contract (Blanket Purchase Order) with UNSOS sole option to extend it for up to two years additional one-year periods, starting from May 2023.
