REOI for Global LTA - Staff Deployment Kits.

UNICEF Supply Division is in the process of initiating a solicitation for establishing Global Long Term Arrangements for Staff Deployment Kits which includes (trekking backpack,0.3-0.4L stainless steel mug, multi headphone splitter, waterproof document pouch,1L stainless steel water bottle, flexible led USB light, universal power adapter, compact head lamp, glow light sticks, extension cable set, micro mosquito net, light weight sleeping bag, first aid trek kit,100 water purification tabs, metal whistle,15m polyester rope,5m duct tape, multi tool, insect repellent, TSA locks,20pcs cable ties) and other optional Add On (sleeping bag for cold climate, sleeping field matt, tent for 2 persons-cold and warm climate, light weight waterproof blanket, kitchen set, sewing kit, solar shower bag, tent for 4 persons, sleeping bag for warm climate, freeze dried meal kit for veg. and non veg, field bag water resistant)  for field staff. Unicef enforces strict quality products from raw materials to finished products.

Companies, which have experience with such products and are interested in being considered for the tender should express interest by completing this web form by 15th of February 2023, 23:59 (Copenhagen Time).

Expression of Interest received will be screened based on the information provided and based on required documentation being available on UNGM. (Refer to UNGM help center on how to upload documents. https://help.ungm.org/hc/en-us/articles/360012816320-How-to-upload-documents-in-UNGM-)

Only suppliers selected after the screening process will be invited to the tender.

(b) This is NOT an invitation to submit a quotation. Do not send your prices or your products’ specifications at this stage;
(c) Questions about conformity of the supplier’s products will not be answered;
(d) This REoI does not constitute a solicitation. Submitting an EoI does not automatically guarantee your participation in the request for quotation;
(e) UNICEF reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions as and when issuing the final solicitation document.
(f) UNICEF reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REoI and/or solicitation process.
