New clarification added: Question 4:Please note, Lot (2), Form C: Technical Quotation Form, Item#5, you mentioned that; "The bidder confirms that the Size range of Meters is DN 15 mm, 20 mm and 25 mm as per the BoQ". Actually, the required products are Valves, not Meters. Could you please clarify this issue?Answer: Please note that the valve is one of the Meters requirements and has the same size , However an amendment will be published soon . “The bidder confirms that the Size range of Valve is DN 15 mm, 20 mm and 25 mm as per the BoQ”

New clarification added: Question 3: Please confirm if delivery of the goods is accepted to Hadramout or Almahra Cities as it is difficult to deliver the goods to Socotra.Answer: Please note that you should follow the delivery final destination as stated in the RFQ_Schedule_of_Requirements,

New clarification added: Question 2: since we are getting the offer from a Chinese factory and the Chinese are on Chinese new year vacation and are going to return on 29/Jan/23 we request you to extend the submission date at least one week after January 29.Answer: Please note this tender is under an emergency procurement process, so we can not extend the duration.

New clarification added: Question 1: We submitted a similar bid under RFQ/2022/44034 Lots 4. This current tender is for Lots 1,2 and 3. There is no indication in the UNGM contracts award website of any awards made under RFQ/2022/44034. Please advise what the status of our bid covering Lot number 4.Answer: Kindly know that this tender RFQ/2022/44034 is not finalized yet, and you can submit your clarification through the same tender.
