Description
The Meetings Support Section (MSS), Meetings and Publishing Division, in the United Nations Department for General Assembly and Conference Management, seeks to enter into a 36-month lease contract, with two optional 12-month extensions, for high speed, high volume digital printing equipment for the printing of documents and publications at its on-site facility at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. The Section also seeks to enter into a comprehensive maintenance contract for the above with service to be provided directly by the equipment manufacturer. Currently, there is a OCE VarioPrint 6270 with an in-line booklet binder producing black & white, and a Canon i300 with an in-line C P Bourg BME booklet maker producing color output
