New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Please find below UNOPS's response to Bidders' clarification.Question: Now the arrangement of the items in the documnets is new but in the system it shows the old arrangement, so which one is correct; as example the centrifuge in the documnet is item 3 but in the system is item 4.Answer: Since the system does not allow lot numbering to be modified; therefore, disregard the lot number in the system and focus on the name of the products required in the documents and the system as they are identical.Kind regards,

New amendment added #2: Dear Bidders,UNOPS wishes to amend this tender in order to:1- Remove the mandatory requirement to upload the DRIVE Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire in excel format.The DRIVE Supplier Sustainability is now impeded in the system under the Forms tab and Bidders must complete it.2- Extend the clarifications date until 5 December 2022Kind regards,

New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Please find below UNOPS responses to Bidders' clarificationsQuestion: Lot#2: The requested parameters have ESR to be integrated within the machine, this is as far we know, it is available in one brand, Nihon Kohden!And since only one brand has it, we kindly ask you to delete this parameter.Answer: After consultation with the Beneficiary, this item (Lot #2) will be completely canceled and it will be advertised in the future under a different procurement methodology. The attached tender documents will be amended accordingly. Question: Lot#3: Internal thermal printer is requested, our offered device can be connected to any external printer ( any brand ) and has no internal printer, is it acceptable to offer it?Answer: Good reputable brand with a suitable external printer is acceptable.Question: Lot No 1: Full Automated Chemistry Analyzer (180T/hr) - QTY 25, In the requested specs, (Sample tray: approx 90 samples). The required sample positions are approx. 90 samples and this spec is not matching the requested throughput per hour 180 T/hour. 90 samples are mainly requested for machines 420 T/hour and more. Machines with a throughput of 180T/H samples loading capacity usually between 30-40 sample positions. Given the above, we request to minimize the samples position for this machine to 30-40 samples positions?Answer: Please adhere to throughput specs (180 tests/hr), regardless of the number of sample positions. Question: Lot No 2: Hematology Analyzer (CBC) with ESR - QTY 22. You requested 3 differential hematology analyzers with Erythrocytes sedimentation Rate measurement (ESR). ESR result is often used to help diagnose conditions associated with inflammation, such as arthritis. endocarditis. Crohn's disease. Given that CRP is a more sensitive and accurate reflection of the acute phase of inflammation than ESR. The half-life of CRP is constant, so an elevated level is mainly determined by the rate of production and, hence, the severity of the precipitating cause. In the first 24 hours of a disease process, the ESR may be normal and CRP elevated. Is it possible to quote 3Diff hematology analyzers with CRP instead of ESR as CRP is more accurate?Answer: After consultation with the Beneficiary, this item (Lot #2) will be completely canceled and it will be advertised in the future under a different procurement methodology. The attached tender documents will be amended accordingly. Question: Regarding Lot # 2: Hematology Analyzer (CBC) with ESR. What do you mean by ESR Test? Note that ESR Test can be done manually or by stand-alone machine, not with CBC. Please Advice!!Answer: After consultation with the Beneficiary, this item (Lot #2) will be completely canceled and it will be advertised in the future under a different procurement methodology. The attached tender documents will be amended accordingly.Question: Could you please advise regarding item no 2 CBC with ESR there is no CBC device coming with ESR. So, can we add a separate ESR DVC?Answer: After consultation with the Beneficiary, this item (Lot #2) will be completely canceled and it will be advertised in the future under a different procurement methodology. The attached tender documents will be amended accordingly.Question: In item #3 you have asked for the cost per test. In order to provide this information, we need to know the number of tests intended to be conducted either per month or per year by the MOH. New clarification added: Dear Bidder,Please find below UNOPS's response to Bidder's clarification.Question: We wish to abstain from bidding for the supply and installation of the products as our company is not registered with MOH and PSI in Palestine. We are unable to reverse the confirmation to bidding. Please guide us accordingly.Answer: You may click on the Express Interest button again to deactivate it, if it does not work, then no action is required from your side.Thank you

New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Please find below UNOPS responses to Bidders' clarificationsQuestion: Company must be registered in MOH: does it mean the MOH of Palestine, or in the supplier's country?Answer: The suppliers need to be registered in MOH in their country of origin. As for the installation, training, after-sales services, and maintenance the supplier/representative must be registered in MoH in Palestine and shall provide certificates attesting to that. Also, the product shall be authorised for marketing and use in the destination country by the relevant National Regulatory Authority (NRA) (i.e. MoH) in accordance with its standard practices for registration or other forms of authorisation including authorisation for special use. Question: Equipment should have PSI approval prior to bidding: please clarify what PSI stands for.Answer: PSI stands for Palestinian Standards InstituteKind regards,
