LRPS-2022- 9179539 Development of reporting tool and dashboard for Thai People Map and Analytics Platform (TPMAP)
UNICEF Thailand has now issued a Request for Proposal in reference to LRPS-2022- 9179539 to seek a qualified institution to provide development of reporting tool and dashboard for Thai People Map and Analytics Platform (TPMAP)
Background
Between 2017 to 2022, the data visualization of Thai People Map and Analytics Platform (TPMAP) was developed and made available on its website, displaying the number of targeted poor population classified by dimension of deprivation and geographical area. However, to identify the poor and provide support responding to their specific needs, the system requires a more advanced reporting module and dashboard that enable the line agencies in sub-district level to access the specific data and information.
Within the framework of the joint Programme of Cooperation between UNICEF and National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDC) (2022-2023), it has been agreed to develop the reporting module and dashboard to enhance the TPMAP, in order to help achieve its goal to support efforts for poverty eradication and life-cycle development for stability, prosperity and sustainability of the country.
Objectives/Purpose of the assignment
The main objectives of this institutional contract are to:
1) Develop a Dashboard and reporting Tools.
2) Providing a user manual for dashboard configuration and tools
3) Organizing face to face or online technical training for end users and admin (to users in Centre and Local office)
4) Providing technical and maintenance support, within the specified warranty period, for all the configurations and customizations applied in implementing the specific local requirements
Duration of contract: December 2022 - July 2023
This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system (UNGM).

Please note that in order to access the full-set of tender documents through UNICEF’s e-submissions system, vendors must: (1) be registered with UNICEF in UNGM as a company/NGO; (2) have successfully completed all mandatory information currently required by UNGM when registering.
