LOT 1: (IUS-AF-RMF-IU-SAN-024) Rehabilitation of the North East Entrance of Sana’a City  

From Ayah Roundabout  towards Marib road , length 6.3 Km, two lanes , total width including the median 33 m  scope of rehabilitation covers potholes repair, hot Asphalt concrete overlay HMA, improved drainage, and road safety work.

LOT 2: (IUS-AF-RMF-IU-SAN-025) Rehabilitation of the South Entrance of Sana’a City :
From dar salm  roundabout  towards heziaz road , length 6.3 Km, two lanes , total width including the median 40 m  scope of rehabilitation covers potholes repair, hot ssphalt concrete  overlay HMA, improved drainage, and road safety works.


IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO PARTICPATE IN TENDER: 
  • Bid Proposal Security with a total percentage of 2.5% of the supplier submitted proposal has to be issued in favor UNOPS Yemen.
  • Acopy of the bid proposal security has to be submitted in the eSourcing.
  • The original bid proposal security has to be submitted to UNOPS office within 2 days after the submission deadline.
  • Bid Proposal Security has to be submitted to UNOPS main office: 
    • Address:  Haddah Street, Al-Rowishan Junction, Sana’a, Yemen

  • Bid Proposal Security is accepted in the following forms: 
    • Certificated Bid Proposal Security by an authorized bank reference to format in the documents tab (Bid Proposal Security)
    • Irrevocable cheques certified by a bank
  • Bid Proposal Security is a pass and fail criteria, suppliers who fail to provide the bid bond will be eliminated from tender evaluation.
