Dear Prospective Bidder, Subject: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable Contractor to manage a global equities investment mandate of between $125 million and $170 million for the World Health Organization (WHO)’s Staff Health Insurance (SHI) fund. WHO performed a search for global equities funds that would be a suitable basis for a segregated investment mandate, and it has shortlisted several funds for further investigation. This RFP is being sent to the managers of those shortlisted funds. The segregated mandate would be a modified version of an existing global equities fund managed by the bidder, and the name of that fund will be communicated by WHO to the bidder in a separate email. The segregated mandate would exclude any stocks in the fund which do not comply with the WHO ESG and ethical investment restrictions. (2022-064_BOS-FNM_GlobalEquitiesInvestment)
