Please be informed that the samples that you submit have to be exactly matched with the technical specification/catalog/brochure mentioned in your proposal.

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (hereinafter referred to as UNHCR) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a bid in accordance with the UNHCR General Conditions of Contract for Goods and Services, and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The RFQ consists of the following;

4. Annex D: Vendor Registration Form
5. Annex E: UN Supplier Code of Conduct
6. Annex F: UNHCR SRF Guideline
We would appreciate receiving your quotation by or before 27/10/2022 – at 23:59 hrs. Myanmar Time by e-mail only to Yangon Supply Unit at myayasupply@unhcr.org .
Please be aware of the fact that the e-mail policy employed by UNHCR limits the size of attachments to a maximum of (10) Mb so it may be necessary to send more than one e-mail for the whole submission.
Please indicate in the e-mail subject field:
- 22-HCR-MMR-SUP-RFQ-062
- Name of your firm
- Number of e-mails that are sent (example: 1/2, 2/2)
Submission of product sample is required and kindly send the sample of the proposed product to UNHCR Office in Yangon no later than 27/10/2022 – at 17:00.
Your quotation must be valid at least for (60) days. The standard payment term of UNHCR is net 30 days upon satisfactory delivery of goods or services and acceptance thereof by UNHCR. The payment will be through bank transfer and the bank account name should be the same as the name of the bidder’s company.
