RFP-2022-124: Consultant Project Management, IESE Rollout, NACO
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to provide support in-
Services of a consultant to support IESE project management is sought, to provide support to NACO’s Surveillance & Epidemiology (S&E) team under the guidance of HOD SI NACO, through NC S&E NACO. The outcomes of the support will help in:
• Supporting expedition of IESE roll out, especially related to surveillance activities of NACO.
• Provide support to Regional Institutes (RI) and State AIDS Control Societies (SACS) and various national working groups to coordinate time bound implementation of HSS plus, mortality surveillance, IBBS and STI Surveillance.
• To work effectively providing programmatic and analytical feedback to the national and state team
The scope of work of the Consultant on Project Management, IESE Rollout, is as follows:
1. HSS Plus: Technical support to HSS plus activities roll out and drafting report. Support to NACO, RIs and SACS for planning review meetings, background preparation, minutes of meeting, supporting roll-out of the 2022 round of HSS.
2. IBBS/BSS: Technical support to IBBS/BSS activities roll out and drafting report. Support to NACO, RIs and SACS for planning review meetings, background preparation, minutes of meeting, supporting roll-out of the IBBS/BSS.
3. STI surveillance: Support to NACO, RIs and SACS for planning review meetings, background preparation, minutes of meeting, supporting roll-out of the STD surveillance.
4. Case based surveillance: Support to NACO, RIs and SACS for planning review meetings, background preparation, and providing technical support for the programme data case-based surveillance.
5. Making field visit to States/Districts at intervals (4 to maximum 5 trips during contract period @ 3-4 days per visit) to provide the support to SACS and RIs.
6. Any other work assigned by Reporting Officer.
The contract will start from end October 2022 or beginning November 2022 and end on 28 September 2023 (11 months).
