Comprehensive assessment of the Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) capacity

"Assessment of Social and Behaviour Change capacity of UNICEF and its implementing partners and development of comprehensive Capacity development strategy, packages and tools and capacity development monitoring and evaluation framework".

Purpose:

The purpose of this assignment is to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) capacity of Government of Bangladesh/UNICEF programme implementing partners for strategic SBC programming. The specific purposes and objective of the assignment includes:

1. Conduct SBC capacity both institutional and HR capacity of UNICEF section programme staff, sector counterparts and partners to establish the gaps.
2. Develop packages for capacity building based on the identified SBC capacity gaps
3. Conduct ToT for 25 participants to pre-test the capacity building packages and finalize the training package
4. Develop SBC capacity development strategy and nation-wide multi-year/multi target group capacity building plan.
5. Develop monitoring and evaluation for the SBC capacity building packages.

Location:

Dhaka, Bangladesh with travel to the field to collect data from Dhaka, Barisal, Chattogram, Khulna, Mymensingh, Rangpur, Rajshahi, Coxs Bazar and Sylhet Divisions.
