The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) invites suitably qualified and registered firms to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming competitive bidding exercise for the Provision of Landscaping & Gardening Services within the United Nations Gigiri complex in Nairobi, Kenya. UNON has daily requirements to ensure the satisfactory upkeep and maintenance of the landscaping, gardens, and other external areas under the jurisdiction of the UN complex, Gigiri, Nairobi. The service provider is expected to provide operational and maintenance services to UNON and will be directly responsible for ensuring operational service levels and that performance targets are met. Subsequent to the closing date of this EOI, UNON anticipates issuing a formal solicitation document to potential companies who have expressed interest.
