The Contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment and labor required to remove existing tanks and install new tanks and take away all debris/existing. This project must commence no later than end of March 2023 and be completed no later than August 2023. The work is to be performed during normal working hours, however, all noisy work that could interrupt normal office operations must be performed during oof hours and or weekends. A. Special Conditions: Tanks exterior bottom section coating may contain asbestos material. UN will test to confirm whether asbestos material is present, if so, UN will abate prior to tanks replacement work. *As an alternate, the contractor shall provide costing to perform the asbestos abatement. The 16th floor tanks replacement will need to be performed one at a time keeping one tank always in service in order to maintain services to the building. This portion of the works should be scheduled for after hours (6pm to 12 midnight and or weekends).
