New clarification added: Question 21:  Our bank is CAC Bank, and we have onother account in Saba Islamic Bank ,are those banks acceptable??when we should fill out  the form of bank guarantee? Befor or after win??Answer: Yes, it should be acceptable. Bank Guarantee is required upon the contract signature.  Question 22:  Is the elctronic sign &stamp acceptable ? The supplier must offer for both parts. Failure to do so, it will disqualify the bidder’s offer Question 28: With regard to diesel, the price of a liter in the commercial market is 1,000 riyals. Contractor is not allowed to to ask for any changes and UNOPS will not accept any request for changing prices. Question 33: Surrey we have to comment regarding our Question    NO. 1  We mean lot NO. 4NOT  LOT NO.  3 as you mentioned in your answer.Please confirm  us regarding the presence of two similar  bill of quantities in lot NO.4 and not  LOT NO. 3. New clarification added: Question 15: 1 Dears, After checking the BoQs of Lot 3_ Hajja, There is no Subgrade preperation in the BoQ of Bani Al Nahari Branch (2.075 km). is it mistakinly dropped or the subgrade layer is already prepared? Answer: Thanks, the BoQ for Earthworks 2, for Lot 3, part 2, has been corrected and added.  Question 16: 2. Tn whom that the property of survey, laboratory equyipment, site office and housing facilities will be after completion of works. Answer: The property of all engineer’s facilities will be the contractor(s). Question 17: Regarding to BoQ no(1) (Engineer's facilities) we don't find the specification  No.(1.2 a,b,c and d) in the file, so we don't find any detail  about that facilities such are :-2.1 Specification, size and sort of what vehicles, in addition to specify whether the cars will be land cruiser or pickup Answer: The technical specifications are already provided and attached to this RFQ in a document called (Technical Specification Part A) 2.2 Area and construction materials that are required for each of the site office and house in addition to specify whether caravan or structional building? Answer: Construction of engineer’s office and housing is not required, The Engineer's office and housing can be rented in the nearest town or village. 2.3 List about all facilities that are required for site office such as (furniture, office equipment etc.) including the quantity for each item, in addition to show the monthly services and requirments that are required. Answer: Please refer to the attached uploaded document called ((Technical Specification Part A)  2.4 Ditto but for housing?Answer: Please refer to the attached uploaded document called (Technical Specification Part A) 2.5 Ditto but for survey equipment?Answer: Please refer to the attached uploaded document called (Technical Specification Part A)  2.6 Ditto bot for laboratory equipment incliding to show the area and sort  of the lab. house?Answer: Please refer to the attached uploaded document called (Technical Specification Part A) Question 18: We don't find the specification no.(807.A and 809.A) in the file.Answer: 807A & 809A are uploaded to this RFQ in a document called (Appendix tech specific for all Lots).Question 19: There is no any drawing about the glavanized steel fences (Handrails) whithin the volume 4A in addition its specification no.(6.12 A) is not findAnswer: This is available in the (Appendix tech specific for all Lots).  Question 20:  Refering to engineer facilities, should the rented site office be in project site ? The time period is not enough, so we kindly ask you to extend an additional ten days so that we can study and prepare the tender properly and completely.Answer: Sorry; we cannot extend the deadline.
