Dear Sir/Madam,
The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a quotation for the supply of 16 sets of the Portable Tents in accordance with UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
Remark:
(i). Women-owned companies are encouraged to submit quotation.
(ii). Incoterm : DAP Phnom Penh, Cambodia based on Incoterms 2020.
Tender details:
The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a quotation for the supply of 16 sets of the Portable Tents in accordance with UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
Remark:
(i). Women-owned companies are encouraged to submit quotation.
(ii). Incoterm : DAP Phnom Penh, Cambodia based on Incoterms 2020.
- Please note that Global Fund procurements are exempted from all local duties and taxes of the Kingdom of Cambodia, hence your quoted price shall not include any tax component. UNOPS will therefore provide the Tax Exemption Document to the contracted supplier.
- However, the bidder is responsible for customs clearance and delivery of the goods to the final destination as stated in the tender documents and therefore the supplier bears all costs and risks involved in delivering the goods to the delivery destination.

RFQ/2022/42706.Please kindly find UNOPS' response to the query posted:Question # 1: Hi, can you please confirm the dimensions of the tent? this seems a none standard size as they are normally 10 foot by 10 foot, and weigh around 8kg and the size you have asked for is larger and i just want to make sure the size you have asked for is correct? so that we can give you what you need UNOPS's Answer #1 - The minimum dimensions of the tent are Width 4.0m x Length 5.0m x Height 2.0mBest Regard
