New clarification added: Question 4 : Kindly, note that we have waited for today's meeting and there was no meeting. Shall we expect another day for a meeting? Also, for the bid for lots 2 & 3 in the Description its written Waste Compactor Trucks 8 M3. However, in the Technical specifications is written Waste Compactor Trucks 10 M3.Would you please, confirm which one is required. Answer : Kindly know the Pre bid meeting has occurred with no complications , you can refer back to the meeting minutes. In addition to your clarifications about the description , please elaborate more.Question 5 : We note in RFQ_Section_IV_BoQ and RFQ_Section_III_lot_1_Returnable_Bidding_Forms Total Price [DAP] and Total Price [FCA]. Are there some duplicates or not? QTY the same?Answer : Please note that in order to avoid the confusion , an amendment of the following RFQ documents will be published soon with deleting the FCA tables in all lots. Is it MANDATORY for international companies to have a representation in Yemen? If we dont match this criteria, but we match all the rest, will we be disqualified?Answer: Kindly know that International suppliers shall have a local representative, agent, and/or physical presence in Yemen.Question 2 : We noticed that some files missed like the following: 2.1.RFQ_Section_II_Lot_3_Schedule_of_Requirements.Answer : Please note that the missed document will be uploaded soon.2.2.Excel format file for price in the file ((RFQ_Section_III_lot_2_Returnable_Bidding_Forms)), of manhole covers with frames, there is missing information like description of manhole covers C250.Answer: Please refer RFQ return form section III .Question 3 : There are some files missing :3.1.
